Terms

Plain terms for a small product. Last updated 30 September 2026.

What Tic is right now

Tic is not finished. This site describes a product in development and collects email addresses for a closed test. Nothing here is a commitment to ship, to ship on any particular date, or to ship what is described. Features may change or be dropped.

Joining the test

If you give us your email address, you are asking to be told when the test opens. That is all it entitles either of us to. You can ask to be removed at any time and we will delete the address.

Taking part in the test is voluntary and unpaid. If you tell us what happened while you used it, we may use what you said to improve the product. We will not publish your name or your email address without asking you first.

No warranty

Tic is provided as it is. It is a reminder, not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not treatment for anything. It makes no claim to improve your attention, your health or your work, and nothing on this site should be read as one.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything that follows from using it — including a notification that does not arrive, arrives late, or arrives at a bad moment. Some jurisdictions do not allow limits like this, in which case the narrowest limit the law allows applies instead.

Your responsibility

Do not rely on Tic for anything that matters — a medication reminder, an appointment, a deadline. It is a check-in on a timer, and phones silence notifications for all sorts of reasons.

What belongs to whom

The name, the writing, the design and the code on this site are ours. Anything you write to us stays yours.

Changes

These terms will change as the product becomes real. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.

Getting in touch

Questions, or a request to delete your address: we@tic.watch. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ahmedabad having jurisdiction.
